TE SYSTEMS LLC is the controller for UltimaSEO website, commerce and support information. Contact us through Support to request access, correction, export or deletion where applicable.
Account registration and checkout use your name, email, phone number, website/domain, business information and website-control proof. We retain order, subscription, license, download and support history needed to operate and account for the service.
Payment entry takes place at Stripe or PayPal when that provider is available. UltimaSEO does not receive or store your card number. Our commerce authority receives verified provider events before it creates or changes a paid license.
Our support service sends visitor questions, recent conversation and relevant product references to an external service provider to prepare an answer. Google reCAPTCHA and our abuse controls process visitor interaction and connection data. The installed plugin sends information to your selected external providers only under its own connection settings and permissions.
Support conversations and tickets remain private and are retained until a supported deletion request is processed, subject to records we must keep for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security or legal reasons. Account and purchase records remain available for your order history while needed for those purposes.
An optional referral cookie is created only after your explicit consent and can be withdrawn without affecting account access. The site does not add advertising-tracking tags as part of this purchase flow.
