Cancellation and payment rights
Request cancellation of future renewal through Support. A secure billing control may also appear in Account & downloads when it is available for your paid account. Cancellation ordinarily leaves access in place until the end of the paid period shown for your subscription.
Completed service periods are not ordinarily prorated. This does not limit non-waivable legal rights, correction of duplicate or erroneous charges, or payment-network remedies.
Accepted cooling-off or withdrawal requests are handled through Support. Immediate shutdown across every plugin background process is not yet fully automated; affected access and operations require manual handling while that protection is completed.
