UltimaSEO is sold by TE SYSTEMS LLC, 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. The current signed offer controls the product, price, website scope and first-year payment schedule.
$58.50 USD upfront Covers the first three months; then $39.00 USD per month starting in month four.
The subscription renews on the schedule shown before payment unless you cancel future renewal. Applicable taxes are added where required. Usage through your own external provider accounts may be billed separately by those providers.
A paid subscription licenses use on one verified website and includes supported UltimaSEO product updates while the subscription remains active. Website-control and truthful business information are required before checkout.
UltimaSEO provides SEO and answer-visibility software and evidence workflows. Search engines and answer platforms control their own results; no specific ranking, traffic, revenue or sales outcome is guaranteed.
Support for installation, licensing, configuration and ordinary product use is available through the website chat and ticket workflow. No response-time guarantee or custom-development service is included.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law or the payment provider does not permit us to waive.
